Zetexa, an agile telecom startup, embarked on a mission to revolutionize the global telecom industry with a user-centric approach. Their primary focus was to explore e-SIM connectivity solutions for international travellers. Our journey with Zetexa began with a six-week high-intensity LEAD sprint, followed by a continuous discovery process. This phase involved brainstorming sessions with Zetexa’s CEO, CTO, and team, six LEAD workshops, and continuous product discovery cycles. This comprehensive approach provided us with a deep understanding of the people, product, and solution from various perspectives.
