Intending to provide every Indian citizen with a unique identification number, Aadhaar has become an integral part of daily life, enabling access to essential services, financial inclusion, and social welfare programs. Despite its widespread adoption, the mAadhaar mobile application faced challenges with users struggling to navigate the app, leading to poor adoption rates. The UIDAI recognized the need for a comprehensive overhaul to enhance the in-app experience and empower users to access a variety of Aadhaar services seamlessly.
